Nina Feddermann, Head of the Swiss Concussion Center, spoke at the NFL Think Tank

Dr. Nina Feddermann, Head of the Swiss Concussion Center, presented the latest scientific projects of the Swiss Concussion Center at the 2nd International Professional Sports Concentration Research Think Tank in London on 24th October 2015. The National Football League (NFL) organizes the Think Tank annually. The NFL Think Tank serves as a platform for leading scientific and medical experts in international sports organizations. In doing so, ideas for future research collaborations are exchanged, and best-practice approaches and progress in the area of success-oriented management of concussions in elite sport are presented.

Nina Feddermann presented the Swiss Concussion Project at the International Initiative for Traumatic Brain Injury Research (InTBIR)

Dr. Dr. Nina Feddermann lectured at the annual International Initiative for Traumatic Brain Injury Research (InTBIR) in Brussels. InTBIR is a collaboration between the European Commission (EU) and the Canadian National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). 

For the first time, this conference also included the sport-related concussions so the Swiss Concussion Center was invited to present the Swiss Concussion Project, a national project to improve the return to routine training and competition after concussion in football, and the resulting follow-up projects.
