Dear Professor Achermann
Sports related mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), or concussion, is one of the least understood disorders facing the neuroscience and sports medicine communities today. You are an expert. That is why we are happy to invite you to this workshop entitled “What we still don’t know about concussion”.
This workshop shall provide a platform for experts from ETH Zurich, University of Zurich, University Hospital Zurich, Swiss Concussion Center and Schulthess Clinic. The primary goal is to identify the relevant scienti c and clinical questions on the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of concussion and to develop jointly solution strategies.
We expect that this workshop will be the starting point for several multidisciplinary research projects on the topic of concussion.
